Goit Stock Wood near Bingley, which includes a 20ft waterfall known locally as the "hidden valley" gem, has now been designated as an Asset of Community Value by Bradford Council and has been listed for sale by its owner.
Tom Wood from Friends of Goit Stock Wood is one of parties interested in purchasing the woodland, to preserve it for future generations.
