'Reasonably-priced gluten-free cakes can be done'
Colin Mitchell from Worcester is coeliac and started his business after getting fed up of the options available from supermarkets.
The man behind Grandad Fats Gluten Free bakery tells ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Hereford & Worcester's Tammy Gooding how he discovered his gluten intolerance in 2012, which spurred him on to take his culinary skills in to his own hands, and satisfy a gap in the market.
He says his biggest sellers are gluten-free sausage rolls, scotch eggs and custard carts.
