A trio of youngsters from Essex are aiming to become the youngest to row the Atlantic Ocean.
Rowan Dally (21), Anna Dunk (19) and Harry Allen (19) will take on the 3,000-mile row from the Canary Islands to Antigua as the 'Three Flying Fish', raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust.
The trio spoke to Warren Muggleton about three years of work to fund the row, Rowan building the boat, Anna training while completing her A Levels and Harry celebrating his birthday during the row.
