Doing a runner

Shropshire Chef Chris Bert says "I've run after people" who haven't paid their bill and then tried to leave the premises. And that's just one way customers are trying to get out of paying at Shropshire's pubs and restaurants. The trade body UK Hospitality says a third of members surveyed have had customers refusing to pay for food.
