Terry Smith has been a familiar face in Liscard for decades, running Pet Needs since 1980 after taking over from his dad. Now, after 45 years of loyal service and countless wagging tails, he’s finally hanging up his apron. The shop closed its doors for the last time this week — marking the end of an era for one of Wirral’s proudest grafters.
