'I must lose £1000 a month due to lost parcels'
Mark Corfield from Billingham relies on sending parcels for his business, but said he has been bombarded with emails and phone calls from customers saying they have not received their items.
He spoke to Tom Burgess.
A spokesperson for Royal Mail apologised to Mr Corfield and said his complaints were being "actively investigated".
A Postal Redress Service spokesperson said that they were sorry to hear about Mark's experiences with Royal Mail but are unable to comment on individual cases.
