Mick Platt from Audley left school without any qualifications. He joined the army in 2004, and since leaving twelve years ago has set up two successful businesses in Stoke-on-Trent. He wants to remind people that you don't need lots of qualifications to succeed in life - no matter your background. He now tries to employ as many veterans as he can.
