Melody enjoys putting a smile on people's faces
Melody Willers from Denmead is a finalist in the Great Neighbour category in the 蜜芽传媒 Radio Solent Make a Difference Awards for 2025.
Melody and her son, Sam, sew fabric "Happy Hens" and leave them around their local area for people to find to cheer them up.
The Great Neighbour Award will be awarded to an individual who helps to make the neighbourhood a better place to live or work in, either on a regular basis or through a single act of kindness.
The Make a Difference Awards are your chance to say 鈥淭hank You鈥� and show recognition and appreciation for people who love to make life better for others.
Nominations for the 2025 awards have now closed and finalists have been selected by a panel of judges.
The winners will be announced at our 蜜芽传媒 Radio Solent Make a Difference Awards ceremony in September.
