"Chocolate is an amazing commodity"

A young chef from Jersey, Emma Preisig, is just 23 and works as a chef de partie at the famous Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire.

She's just been crowned the 2025 Junior Chocolate Master - after a seven-hour challenge at the Callebaut Chocolate Academy.
