Wheelchair user wins M&S access row
Flick Williams from York speaks to Jericho Keys. Flick, who brought a discrimination case against Marks & Spencer, says she is "delighted" the retailer has made changes to the store layout at the Vangarde Shopping Park. After launching a case under the Equality Act 2010, Marks & Spencer agreed to settle out of court in March and make changes, as well as paying a small sum to Ms Williams.
