Iron Maiden singer to headline Worcester gig
There will be mosh pits in memory of musician Anj Avraam at The Marrs Bar, next month, who died of pancreatic cancer in 2021.
Blaze Bayley, formerly of Iron Maiden, will perform, something Anj would 'be so chuffed' about, according to his brother and fellow metalhead, Zenios ‘Xen’ Angeli, who lives in Droitwich.
Xen reflects on Anj's journey through what remains a horrible condition, and says he is hoping to make a difference through the power of music to the tune of thousands of pounds for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
The Angels of Rage concert in Worcester takes place on 06 September 2025.
