Can simply giving people cash help cut homelessness?
The charity Greater Change has given out almost 拢700,000 to just over 400 people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness so far this year.
Often there are concerns that giving money to people who are homeless or at risk of homeless will lead to it being misused, but a charity called 鈥楪reater Change鈥� thinks this is the way forward鈥�
So far this year it's given out almost 拢700,000 to just over 400 people - with a few strings attached.
