'I've lost 40% of my body weight on Mounjaro'
The weight loss drug Mounjaro, taken by around nearly a million people in the UK, has gone up in price, putting it out of range for some.
Last month, it was announced the drug was going up by as much as 170%, which could have meant the cost of the highest dose would've gone up from £122 to £330 per month.
But the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ understands the highest dose will now be sold to suppliers for £247.50.
Currently there are thought to be around 1.5 million people on weight loss drugs in the UK with more than half of them on Mounjaro.
Sarah Julian spoke to Beverley Cuddy, who has been taking Mounjaro since April last year.
