A University of Leeds Professor is calling on the government to put community housing schemes at the heart of its push to deliver 1.5 million new homes by 2029. Paul Chatterton, who鈥檚 a co-founder of a scheme in Leeds called LILAC 鈥� which stands for Low Impact Living Affordable Community, spoke to Jess Bayley.
