Southampton versus Portsmouth is one of England's fiercest football rivalries.
In anticipation of their first league encounter after 13 years, the local police force have redoubled their efforts to prevent violence between supporters.
However, Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioner Donna Jones thinks that banning orders are a sufficient deterrent to trouble-seeking supporters.
