The ban on disposable vapes is failing to stop millions being thrown away incorrectly. According to a boss at Biffa,the devices are still causing chaos for the waste industry. Roger Wright says,"essentially we're all still using them as if they're disposable". The owner of a vape shop in Shrewsbury says businesses should be providing safe places to dispose of the devices.
