Andrea Jenkyns says she would oppose any new plans
Greater Lincolnshire's mayor says she's prepared to "lead the opposition" to any new plans to house asylum seekers at RAF Scampton. Government ministers are looking at using former military bases as an alternative to housing migrants in hotels. But even though her own party, Reform UK, hasn't ruled out using disused RAF bases, Dame Andrea Jenkyns says she'll fight to stop sites in Lincolnshire being used.
