Meet Peter Lloyd, a finalist for the Make a Difference Green Award 2025.
Peter is a dedicated gardener whose passion and hard work keep the Ukrainian Peace Gardens in Liverpool vibrant and welcoming. Originally designed for the Eurovision Song Contest, the gardens have become a community sanctuary thanks to Peter. He leads litter-picking efforts, cultivates plants, and ensures the space is accessible and beautiful for all. His dedication strengthens community spirit, promotes environmental care, and inspires others to protect and enjoy green spaces.
