Caz from Staffordshire has been crowned the winner of 'The Great British Sewing Bee.' Her show stopping dress was dedicated to the staff at Royal Stoke Hospital. It featured an exposed ribcage and heart representing the heart surgery she had at the hospital before the pandemic. Caz says the hospital staff are absolute stars.
