City fans step out for a guide dog called ‘Vardy’
Two lifelong Leicester City fans are taking on an 80-mile walking challenge for charity. Their route has been inspired by Jamie Vardy's footballing journey. Paul Sharrat and Steve Taylor started on Tuesday at Stocksbridge Park Steels - the non-league club where Vardy began his footballing career.
They will arrive at the King Power Stadium this Saturday just in time for the clubs fixture against Coventry City. Their goal is to raise enough money to train a new guide dog they'll call "Vardy". ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Leicester’s Ady Dayman caught up with them this morning.
