As chair of Redditch Stars running club, he has show dedication to both his community and Primrose Hospice.
He has raised significant funds for the hospice which directly supports its vital care. They have also provided volunteers for key events and encouraged people to begin their own running journeys.
As a prostate cancer survivor, he actively encourages men to get tested.
He has run the Marathon des Sables, one of the world's toughest endurance events, has run Land's End to John O'Groats in 31 days, and plans to run 72 miles along Hadrian's Wall, on a single day.
Nigel won the Active prize at the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Hereford & Worcester Make A Difference Awards 2025.
