'We do not want Simon to be a nameless statistic'
The parents of a teenager say they are "haunted" by his death in a Shifnal car crash earlier this year. Simon Evans was a passenger in a car driven by a newly qualified driver when it crashed in March. His parents are calling on the government to reconsider graduated driving licences.
