Historic Carnegie library faces modern test
A campaign's underway to save an historic library in the Ashton-in-Makerfield area of Wigan.
The building is one of fourteen libraries in Greater Manchester which were paid for by a man called Andrew Carnegie.
120 years ago, he was the world's richest man.
These days, he's best remembered for giving all of his money away to good causes.
