Poor Lizzy can’t seem to get away from Mr Darcy. Everywhere she goes, he seems to pop up out of the blue, like a moody (though admittedly handsome) jack-in-the-box.
When she learns from his cousin Fitzwilliam that Darcy scuppered her sister Jane’s prospects with Bingley, Lizzy is more desperate than ever to avoid him.
But then Darcy pays her a private visit, with a very surprising question on his lips...
