Police raids target Herefordshire money-laundering
Across West Mercia, a total of 44 searches took place, resulting in nine arrests, several bank accounts frozen containing over £250,000 and seizing nearly £12,000 of cash.
Police also found a range of dangerous and illegal items including four knives, a knuckleduster, cannabis and two firearms.
With exclusive behind-the-scenes access, Felicity Kvesic follows the months-long process of finding potential criminality, from first investigations at Hindlip in Worcester to on-location searches.
The national operation targeted businesses suspected of money laundering, using illegal workers and selling illicit goods, mostly using cash as their main form of currency.
