US-China trade talks have restarted in Beijing, but what's driving the American delegation? We're joined by Eva Hampl, Senior Director at the United States Council for International Business. Also in the show, World Bank President Jim Yong Kim has made the surprise announcement that he is stepping down after six years in the post, though before he was expected to go.
