DRC: first Ebola case detected in Goma

Authorities in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the WHO have confirmed the country’s first Ebola case in the city of Goma, raising fears the deadly virus could spread in a densely populated area close to the Rwandan border.
Canada’s government is to compensate 718 people who were fired for being gay. We speak to the lawyer who won recognition and compensation through a class action lawsuit for the victims.
