The US president plans rising tariffs until Mexico ends illegal immigration to the US. Shannon O'Neil is a Latin America specialist at the New York research group the Council on Foreign Relations, and tells us about the trade between the US and Mexico that will be affected by the new taxes. Also in the programme, Tanzania is about to become the latest African nation to ban plastic bags, with the threat of heavy fines and jail for anyone caught making or using them. Joyce Msuya is acting executive director of the UN Environment Programme, and tells us why Africa is so keen to lead the way on banning plastic bags. And we meet Chilean entrepreneur Christian Olivares, who has developed a water soluble plastic bag he hopes could help tackle the pollution they cause. Plus the Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am gives us his thoughts on what it takes to survive in business.
