We visit Hong Kong and hear why property magnate Allan Zeman believes that the extradition bill people have been protesting about is not a bad idea. Also in the programme, we have a report from Stockholm on how many high-skilled migrants are seeing their work permit extensions rejected, on the basis of small administrative errors.
