Turkey has said it will take legal and diplomatic actions over a cartoon of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in French magazine Charlie Hebdo. This is just the latest in a row between Turkey and France, after French President Emmanuel Macron's pledged to defend secularism after the murder of a French teacher who showed cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad in class. We'll hear how Muslims in France and around the world feel about what's been happening.

Also, we continue to hear the conversations had by Americans ahead of next Tuesday鈥檚 presidential election. Today we return to one of the issues that has been forefront of the conversation in the US this year, the relationship between African-Americans and law enforcement. Philadelphia is the latest US city to see protesters and confrontation on the streets after the shooting dead of a 27-year-old black man by police. We reunite three people who we spoke to during Black Lives Matter protests earlier this year to hear how the issue of racial justice has featured in this election campaign.

We'll explain and hear the impact of Covid-19 on people's lives. In Europe, the story is of rising case, further restrictions and impositions on people鈥檚 movements and businesses, which in some places has led to protests. We鈥檒l speak to restaurant owners in Italy and Spain who have been protesting against restrictions.
