The main event was originally set to feature the two best lightweight fighters in the world, Khabib Nurgementov against Tony Ferguson. However that was cancelled due to Khabib still being in his native country of Russia when the Coronavirus outbreak began. Instead, Ferguson will face Justin Gaethje.
