Austria has today returned to full lockdown because of the rise Covid cases. It comes after protests in several European countries over lockdown restrictions. We鈥檒l hear about the measures the governments across the continent are imposing and speak to two people - one in Austria, one in the Netherlands - who oppose restrictions.
