Iranians continue to protest against the Islamic government which has ruled the country since 1979. The protests were sparked by the death of 22-year old woman Mahsa Amini almost a month ago. She died after her arrest by the morality police for not wearing her headscarf properly. Britain's Chancellor of the Exchequer, Kwasi Kwarteng, has been sacked, weeks after his announcement of unfunded tax cuts triggered turmoil in financial markets. Prime Minister Liz Truss has also reversed her plan to scrap an increase in corporation tax, in an effort to reassure the markets. Mr Truss said her priority was to maintain the UK's economic stability. Our Political Correspondent explains.
