Live athletics and football are the focus on Sportsworld this Sunday, with action from the World Athletics Championships and the English Premier League. Our team in Tokyo will have commentary of the men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 100m finals, plus the rest of the day鈥檚 action, followed by commentary of the Manchester derby as City host United at the Etihad Stadium.
