Iran's supreme leader Ali Khamenei has said the United States gained nothing from its attacks on the country's nuclear sites. Iranian officials have acknowledged that Washington inflicted considerable damage, but Ayatollah Khamenei, said the strikes amounted to little more than showmanship by President Trump. Meanwhile, the Pentagon has said the missions were a "historic success". America’s top general, Dan Caine, said the massive bombs hit their targets, with pilots reporting the explosions were the brightest they’d ever seen.
