Israel says there is no famine in Gaza

The UN humanitarian chief has pleaded for Israel to allow more aid into Gaza, saying enough is enough, after a monitor confirmed famine for the first time. It's found that 130,000 children are now at risk of dying from malnutrition. The Israeli prime minister has called the UN-backed report an "outright lie".
