More than 800 killed in Afghanistan quake
Helicopters are collecting the wounded in the provinces of Kunar and Nangarhar.
More than 800 people have died after a magnitude 6.0 earthquake hit eastern Afghanistan, the UN's humanitarian agency says, citing preliminary reports. Emergency crews are struggling to reach the mountainous eastern region. We hear from some of the survivors and speak to ѿý Afghan and ѿý Verify about what is now known about the quake and the rescue operation.
