US President Donald Trump says Russia's President Vladimir Putin "let me down", as the British Prime Minister Keir Starmer says both countries are working to put pressure on the Russian president to agree to a peace deal in Ukraine. Democrats in the US have reacted with outrage to the indefinite suspension of the talk show host Jimmy Kimmel. The decision by the television network ABC was announced after Mr Kimmel suggested the man charged with killing the right-wing activist Charlie Kirk was aligned with President Trump's MAGA movement.
