The Palestinian president, Mahmoud Abbas, has addressed the United Nations by video-link from Ramallah, after the Trump administration denied him a visa in protest at his promotion of Palestinian statehood. We analyse his speech with our Chief International correspondent and our ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Arabic reporter in New York.
