President Macron is acting like leader of the free world. But does he cut the mustard?
It's just seven months since Emmanuel Macron burst onto the world stage, after a meteoric rise to France's presidency. With Donald Trump saying he puts America first, Britain focused on Brexit and Germany on domestic politics, Mr Macron has intervened decisively on a host of international issues. The latest is climate change. Anne-Elisabeth Moutet tells us if he cuts the mustard as leader of the free world.
