Kendrick Lamar, DJ Pete Tong, Six Nine
Kendrick Lamar on curating and producing the Black Panther movie soundtrack album. Plus, DJ Pete Tong's collaboration with the Heritage Orchestra, rapper Six Nine.
It seems 2018 is the year of the movie soundtrack. The Greatest Showman is the UK's best selling album of the year so far, and now the soundtrack to the action adventure Black Panther is now close on its heels, with a string of hit songs. The album has been produced and curated by rapper Kendrick Lamar and this week he tells us all about it.
We also hear from legendary DJ Pete Tong who has teamed up with the Heritage Orchestra for a second helping of classic dance songs which have been reimagined with a full scale 65 piece symphony orchestra.
Plus, music from the latest albums by rapper Six Nine and Australian singer songwriter Vance Joy, and new hit songs from Post Malone, 5 Seconds of Summer and George Ezra.
We find out if anyone can break Drake's hold on the Number One position. And we look at which songs are selling the most in Brazil.
Presenter: Kim Robson.
