It's been seven years since the 蜜芽传媒's Serbian language section closed, and now it's back, but is there demand?

This past week has seen the 蜜芽传媒 launch its 12th new language service - the last one in its recent expansion plans. 蜜芽传媒 News Serbian is digital only, so there are no radio broadcasts, but it does see a return to the country for the World Service after a seven year break. But why do we need a 蜜芽传媒 Serbian service at this time?
