In November 1995, the world of ice-skating was shocked when the Russian figure skater, Sergei Grinkov, collapsed on the ice and died in front of his partner, Ekaterina Gordeeva. 鈥淕 and G鈥� were double Olympic champions and had enjoyed a real life romance that charmed fans in Russia and beyond.
