MIRANDA CAREY
Ìýis an equine facilitated psychotherapist.Ìý She’s been practising as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor for the past fifiteen years, working in the areas of youth, addiction, relationships, bereavement, disability, sexuality and fertility. Three years agoÌýshe started training in Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy at the Epona Center in Arizona, U.S.A. andÌýnow runs a private practice in the UK in the Forest of Dean.ÌýÌý

ELAINE PAIGE
Ìýis the actress, recording artist and star of musical theatre. She became a star when she created the role of Eva Peron in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Evita in 1978. In 1996 she finally fulfilled a lifetime ambition to star on Broadway as Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard. 2008 marks forty years since her West End debut. Memories by Elaine Paige is published by Oberon Books.

PAUL O'GRADY
Paul O'Grady is one of Britain's best-loved entertainers. He is known as the creator of the acid-tongued Lily Savage and now as the presenter of Channel 4's . In his autobiography At My Mother's Knee he tells the story of his early life in Irish Catholic Birkenhead, which started him on the long and winding road from altar boy to national treasure. At My Mother's Knee...and other low joints is published by Bantam Press.

TED DANSON
Ted Danson is known to millions as Sam, the recovering alcoholic barman in the TV series Cheers. He is currently starring in the legal drama Damages in which he demolished his nice-guy image as corrupt billionaire Arthur Frobisher. An outspoken environmentalist, he isÌýa representative of , which he co-founded, and is in the UK to highlight the dramatic decline in shark populations around the world. European Shark Action Week is from 11th to 19th October.
