Landlady of Aughnagaddy

Honor Miles is in her eighties and trustee of Aughnagaddy House in NW Donegal.  She has arrived at an ideal solution that enables her to continue living on in her family's home - she has become a Landlady!  The top floor has been converted to flats where Honor lives alongwith her pals turned tenants, who continuously look out for her and her constant companion 'dog'.

The house is in Ireland, not San Franciso but Armistead Maupin's Tale of The City does spring to mind...
