Twenty years ago, Peter Ingham started a one-man coach service in the Yorkshire Dales and one of his duties was to take customers from the remoter parts to and from their local supermarket. For many of the elderly passengers, the coach has always been about something more than groceries. Our reporter Ray Kershaw hopped on board to fill himself in on the latest gossip.
