So said Coco Chanel and those ever so wise words have been adopted as the teaching theory on a new course in the heart of Italy’s fashion capital Milan. The course, entitled “chic in un giorno” or “chic in a day” aims to encourage Italian women to ditch the brash trash look, and rediscover the alluring elegance that is their birthright. The epitome ofelegance and grace, Dany Mitzman, examines whether it really is possible to become chic in a day.
