Oriental Vegetables: Pak Choi 02 Jul 2008
Pak Choi
Tips on how to grow and eat it

These days a variety of salad leaves from China and Japan are all readily available in our shops and supermarkets, but theyÌýcan also be easily grown at home. Joy Larkom has been growing oriental vegetables for over twenty five years…her gardens are famous, and her book Oriental Vegetables is a culinary classic, it’s recently been reprinted. Chef and gardener Gerard Baker went to meet her in her garden in Ireland to find out how to grow, and how to eat pak choy.
