A survey last month showed that divorcing couples shy away from pension sharing when drawing up divorce settlements.
As a result women may be missing out on their share of a valuable marital asset: part of their husband's pension.
Sheila discusses the issue with Jane Craig of the Solicitors Family Law Association and Steve Webb MP, Liberal Democrat spokesman on pensions.
