For the last 4,000 years, linen has been valued for its quality and purity. It has been used for life's most intimate moments, from swaddling new-born babies to wrapping the dead.
Juliet Pospielovsky of ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½s and Antiques magazine and Brenda Collins from the Irish Linen Centre in Lisburn, Northern Ireland join Razir Iqbal to look at why there has been a resurgence in linen and the social impact its manufacture has had on women's lives.
